Fee Protection Scheme
Lithan Hall Academy (LHA) ensures that all students irrespective of local or international have their fees protected under Fee Protection Scheme (FPS) .It is compulsory for all students and provides indemnification of tuition fees in the following circumstances:
- Failure of PEI to pay penalties or return student fees arising from judgments made against it by the Singapore Courts
- Upon death or total disability of the student
The fees covered under this scheme refer to all monies that are paid by students to be enrolled in LHA( except the course application fee and miscellaneous fee). The protected fee does not include GST.

Insurance Scheme
LHA has adopted FPS with Lonpac Insurance Bhd. A copy of the FPS INSURANCE CERTIFICATE and the FPS MASTER INSURANCE POLICY is available for view.
Students protected under FPS Insurance scheme can pay directly to LHA via different modes as mentioned below:
- Cheque
- Bank Transfers
- Telegraphic Transfer
- Nets
- Credit Cards(Master or Visa)
- Cash
Operations Executive will provide students with receipt of the amount paid and the Certificate of Insurance(COI) from Lonpac Insurance Bhd. Students must keep the COI as evidence for fees being protected. In case of violation, student needs this document as evidence.

LHA reserves the right to refuse attendance of a student if the required fees are not paid by the due date.
LHA reserves the right to revise all fees, charges and prices from time to time and students will be notified of such changes accordingly.
Students should follow schedule 2.1 of their contract for payment schedules. LHA accepts payment within 7 days of payment due date. Please note that students should pay directly to LHA and not to any intermediaries.
