• Consistently meet the sales target set for individual and the team
• Increase overall revenues and manage the assigned products efficiently
• Engage with the marketing department to ensure all marketing collaterals are   accurate and available at all times
• Engage with the operations department on student requirements, contract   signing and course scheduling
• Assist overseas students to secure relevant permits and authorizations
• Engage with the local training and the wider education industry such that Lithan Hall Academy products can be successfully marketed and sold in Singapore
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with partners
• Monitor the delivery quality of our products and services to ensure maximum   student and client satisfaction
• Coordinate and administer policies and procedures as defined by the
  Lithan Hall Academy Group management
• Rigorously follow all rules and guidelines established by local regulatory or   governmental agencies
• Secure and protect the company’s assets, including facilities and equipment

• Preferably a degree holder, any discipline
• At least 3 years of sales working experience
• Sales experience should preferably be with an education provider
• Must possess excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Possess strong leadership skills, be business focused and able to operate   independently
• Be able to work in multi-cultural and multi-national environment
