LHC2106 E-Commerce
You will learn the concepts of E-Commerce and its evolutions, E-Commerce strategy and business models, consumer behaviors, market research and advertisement in online environment, B2B and B2C models, e-Supply Chain and e-CRM, electronic payment systems, issues on order fulfillment and support services.
LHC2104 Database Systems Management
You will be introduced to relational database management systems and SQL (Structured Query Language). Learn how to design databases and business information systems modeling using Entity Relationship Diagrams.
LHC2102 Systems Analysis
You will learn about the main techniques and approaches commonly used in the business requirements phase within the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Learn how to model business requirements using both relational and object-oriented modeling languages.
LHC2103 Systems Design
You will learn how to design business information systems from requirements gathered during systems analysis. Understand how to map software, hardware, applications, data and security requirements into a unified system architecture that will accomplish the business objectives.
LHC2105 Information Systems Project Management
You will learn how to manage the development of software through the different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
LHB2101 Quantitative Methods for Business and Management
You will be introduced to the techniques of data collection, sampling procedures, choices of measurement, index numbers, connection between correlation and regression, forecasting, premutation and combination, Venn diagrams, distributions, testing and breakeven analysis.
LHC2101 Project II
You will learn how to properly prepare your resume, career networking, career clarification, report writing and job search skills. Learn how to identify your strengths and competencies through your education, work and extracurricular experiences.
LHB2102 Principles of Business Law
You will be introduced to the basics of Business Law including its historical origins, organization of courts, corporations and partnerships, contracts and agreements, agency and employment contracts, consumer credits and protection, bills of exchanges and cheques payment.
LHC2107 Networking Fundamentals
You will gain an understanding of the fundamentals of networking and internetworking.
